@Uber_Support why do you guys allow customers to tip Baiting? This problem needs to be fixed immediately!! Gas isn’t cheap and you guys don’t have a system in place to protect your Drivers. This has happened to me twice today with good service. And then support doesn’t help.

@Instacart @InstacartHelp @fidjissimo you guys sent me a payment card and allowed me to activate it back in November and told me my account would be up and running in less than 24hrs. Fast forward to today and still no help. I’ve been patient but no one seems to be able to help

@fidjissimo my card is activated but tech support says that they’re not authorized to help me proceed i just need to be patient and continue to wait! Why allow me to activate a card that I can’t use yet. Let alone why send it if onboarding is paused!?
