Sarah Kellen testified that former Miami Beach mayor Philip Levine, celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai, and photographer Patrick Demarchelier all sexually abused her.
She also told the committee that Epstein kept connections to Bill Clinton and Fidel Castro, among others.
Her words: "We victims never had a chance."
This is the first time an Epstein victim has ever testified before Congress.

She also testified that she was sexually and psychologically abused by Epstein on a weekly basis, including violent incidents at his Palm Beach and New Mexico properties.
