hot take: no one managing more than 3 agents in parallel is doing apps with DEEP workflows/infra (moats). bc agents default to the path of least resistance.

people in 2026 who are "fully out of crypto" bc they think it's a scam only ever viewed this industry from a myopic, zero sum lens better for everyone that they're no longer participants

@MarioNawfal Even being able to pull off a one-off is very rare, imagine going all-in and compounding repeatedly. The amount of risk is beyond anyone's understanding. You definitely don't do that because of the money.

Elon bet everything he made from PayPal on a car company and a rocket company, gave both less than 10% odds of surviving, and did it anyway. Every car company in American history except Ford and Tesla went bankrupt. Tesla nearly joined them multiple times. So did SpaceX. Most people with that much money buy a yacht. He bought two coin flips. By doing so he changed the world forever. @elonmusk @TheBabylonBee

People often ask what my biggest tip is for getting the most out of Claude Code. These days my #1 tip is: use auto mode Auto mode means no more permission prompts. It is the key building block for multi-clauding: start a session, then while it runs, work on another session in parallel.
ClaudeDevs@ClaudeDevs

Two updates to auto mode: · Now available on the Pro plan · Sonnet 4.6 is now supported, alongside Opus 4.7 Shift+tab, and let Claude run.

@vboykis This is context switching. I had it first in a job that I had to draft several bylaws and interconnected documents. Also had it again now with multiple coding windows and monitors. It can be developed like a muscle, but focusing on one thing is best, so build tools to manage it.

Something happens to my brain after agentic coding that I can’t describe. It’s like cognitive offloading which folks have already written about, but even more. It feels like I can’t think through problems anymore. Like a fog. Using agentic but losing my hard-won agency.

@tricalt Doing permissions with md files is wild. The problem with md files is they don't fail, so you never know where something goes wrong. It's best to fail, because at least you know you should fix it.

hmm finding that I can do like 97% of what I need to do by plugging my ipad pro into a monitor and pairing a mouse/keyboard - email/zoom/cal/etc for the usual stuff - termius/tailscale/etc to SSH into a linux dev box - screens to remote desktop into my mac I find the window management and keyboard shortcuts aren’t quite exactly to what I need. Mobile apps for, say, spreadsheets are still a bit stripped down. But still, really quite usable tbh

@chamath Agreed. But one could also make the argument about equity value creation instead of revenue. The point to make would be revenue extraction by foundational companies does not automatically means equity extraction, but then the conversation becomes what are the conditions for this.

In an early meeting at Facebook (c. 2007), when I was describing the goals of Facebook Platform (an area I oversaw) Bill Gates yelled at me/us. His quote has stuck with me to this day: “This isn’t a platform. A platform is where the collective sum of revenues of the participants exceeds those of the platform itself.” Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the tokenmaxxing circle jerk.
