@McInnispicks What a ridiculous post. Disliking someone for not playing in tournaments he’s not obliged to play in to spend time with his daughter and be at the course before the first major of the year. Not looking like a bad decision now though is it? 😂🥃

I never really understood why some people didn't like Rory. Now I kind of see it.

@TheStroker83 @McInnispicks That’s not arrogance. You may need to go back and read the definition, this is just honestly explaining he’d rather be with his daughter before this major. He’s not obliged to play those events is he?

@McInnispicks He has long had this attitude of “yeah I’m special because I’m better than every one” which he follows up with this smug smirk as if to say “I mean…it’s true.” And it is true in some ways. But that’s not the point. It’s still arrogance even if it’s informed by reality. Cheers

If someone offered you $1 million of cash or $6,000/mo for life? Take the $6,000/mo for life every time. Absolute no brainer.

@Radir_Annoor @DavidDack It’s less taxing offering slightly more cushioning yes, but not assisted. No cooling effect from running on a treadmill. Interval sessions at certain paces / power outputs with @stryd are just as hard as on the track

@SalemJulian @DavidDack If you’ve lost the ability to run and you’re working on regaining? Specific intervals at target pace with no variables can really only be done on a treadmill, or at the track.

@DavidDack It’s not quite real running, but it’s a great tool, especially if you’ve lost the ability to run and you’re working on regaining.

@AyushiiDoshiii Wrong question: Why are we even running? Walking the same distance provides the same (or more) advantages, with much lower downsides (knee damage).

I genuinely don’t get the concept of paying to run a marathon. 🤣 Like you can literally wake up, step outside, and run the same 5 km for free. No entry fee, no registration, nothing. Someone please explain what exactly we’re paying for here.😭

@keerthisiddeshw If you’re training for a sub 2:58 marathon you may want to really look into spending a fair bit of time training in zone lower Z2 & Upper Z1. The biggest mistake people make is going to hard on their Easy days and not going hard enough on their hard days.

@119off61 I’ve done sessions of 90 minutes on the treadmill. No variables like hills or wind, perfect for training at a specific pace. Maybe - just concentrate on you, but you may not be a runner

@myangbest @DailyMail We don’t see the road marking entering the roundabout which would have helped, but . . the Hyundai was indicating right and taking the next exit probably.

Runners, confession time: What’s that downright gross habit you do on your long runs – the one you’d never dream of doing in normal life – but it somehow feels totally fine while running? Let’s open up about the unhygienic side of our sport #running
