2 years ago, I had 2 players turn down our 13U team to play “national” baseball for more exposure. Exposure to who? No college coach recruits 13-year-olds. Later, one dad told me it was a huge mistake. Nearly $18K gone chasing fake exposure. Parents are sold a dream.

I coach varsity H.S. baseball and travel ball… and I’d take H.S. baseball every single time. The school pride. The community. The rivalries. The pressure to win. The packed playoff games. Playing for your town. In my eyes H.S. baseball just means more.

🔥 UNREAL… Once AGAIN in Hollywood it’s ALL OF THEM. Just like Stephen Baldwin the father in law of Justin Bieber TOLD US. Who was the celebrity & who was the woman who SET HER UP. Hayden Panettiere at 18 right as she was blowing up huge from Heroes was straight-up set up by her “trusted” female friend who physically PUT her in bed next to VERY NEXT FAMOUS OLDER celeb while they were out at sea on a boat. She had to fight her way out and hide. That friend seemed like she’d done this setup before… the entire Hollywood system is DESPICABLE. Was the lady a MADAM for Hollywood elites? A producer? @CoachSwit That’s starting to get close - depending on the pitches. Meaning, most our younger kids at that Age are two seam, four seam playing catch.

To the 12U coach who threw a kid 55 pitches Saturday, then 81 more the next day: You should never coach youth baseball again. That’s not development. That’s abusing a 12-year-old arm. Sorry, but you’re part of why arm injuries keep rising.
