Anyone else have @CellC taking money from their bank accounts even though they no longer have contracts and are fully paid up? Nothing being done even after many emails and calls. It’s theft.

It’s appalling how difficult it is to get a corporate out of your bank account once you let them in. @CellC I cancelled my contract in July & you are still debiting my account. I have sent all relevant docs TWICE & paid cancellation fee. You have acknowledged receipt of all but..

If I believed anything would change I’d email. Only 1 person in entire store both floors to serve/take payment. +70yr gent & another lady looked everywhere. Manager appeared 20 mins with outright racist ‘under her breath’ comments when confronted by me.

Another incredibly awful experience @hmsouthafrica Rosebank. Thankfully loads of witnesses. VERY arrogant lazy and sadly racist manager. Almost certain nothing will be done about it either. I hope the branch closes.
