That's the pitty of your service...even after taking premium of 43740.24 rupees premium on 14th may 2026 you guys not communicated nor issued policy , who is responsible if claim arised in meantime @irdaindia Looks like no rules regulations followed by Insurance Company

@TataMotors_Cars MH11CW1740 were bought from Bafna Motors pune law college Road in year Mar 2020, Loan were taken from SBI however Tata motors put details of HDFC bank toward RTO , now my RC shows Hypothecation of hdfc bank. Bank is not ready to give form 35, Please Help
