But my dad was an addict, his dad was an addict etc so it's not something we can just decide we're not going 2b 1day, if we get clean then we'll still spend evry day conscious of choosing the right path 🤷🏻‍♀️ x

@trynanottodie @blondienoirxx Definitely one does not choose to become an addict, absolutely not 100% but I think we choose which addiction soothes our nervous system the most. Eg I hate weed can't stand it, it will never do for me what my ed, coke and benzos have done. I tried most things before I settled on

The only think I'm not overly keen on is coriander/cilantro seeds ground & put into curries (Thai green curry etc.) It tastes very different to fresh & 2 overpowering 4me
