Maybe I'm old school, but if you've got wingers, surely they should be more direct. Continuously going back inside is repetitive and becomes easy to defend. Both Placheta/Dembele could learn from Mills directness. #OUFC

@nutkinsarmy Yes, the trouble I see is we don't press as a team. Therefore, Harris is just pressing alone, and it's easy to bypass. We need to do it in 3s and 4s, but only when necessary. Easier said than done. Either way, I thought he put a decent shift in, & it shouldn't go unnoticed.

@danielbianchini This happened back end of last season and start of this season. This might be the Championship but unless they are top 2 or 3, defenders don't like being pressed.

Not sure I've seen any mention of this, but Harris needs a mention. He ran tirelessly today, putting pressure on the back four and the keeper for 90 minutes. His touch, before being wiped out for the goal, was big as well. Rowett was happy, we are happy, Harris happy. #OUFC

@DarrylHendy He was bullied for most of the game. Unfortunately, he tends to turn back in on himself all the time, and defenders are aware of it. Him and Placheta need to play to their strengths, be direct, and use their speed. IMO anyway. 🤷‍♂️
