In fact maybe the word is define but in a slightly novel usage and taking an unusual preposition, like, “I define x for.” (Which I like bc it feels slightly code-y.)

There should be one simple phrase in the form “I [verb] x [preposition]” meaning “when I say x, here’s what I mean.” It is a variation on what we once called a “what is x” question with the more narrow ambition to define a term.

when movies get deleted for tax reasons, they should legally become public domain. people should be allowed to upload it anywhere they want. that's the tradeoff you make if you wanna delete your own movie released this year for a few extra bucks, and i think it's fair
