Before #CBAForAfrica26, I thought the music business was mostly about talent. Now I’m learning it’s also about community, storytelling, positioning, culture, and understanding people. The biggest lesson so far? Real growth happens when creative people build together, not alone.

One of the gems I have taken from #CBAForAfrica26 is that effective artist management transforms a talented artist into a sustainable and profitable business entity. This relies heavily on the Artist-Manager relationship, strategic foresight and adaptability. @cbaforafrica .

4 months in and one major lesson learned from this programme is the importance of legal protection as a creative. Understanding contracts and having proper structure can save artists and creatives from long-term career damage. #CBAForAfrica26 @cbaforafrica
