Has anyone any experience of using Marsha M Linehan #DBT Skills Training Manual and Worksheets alone? Just opening the books is overwhelming. Not quite sure where to start; do I try one sheet each day, set a specific time each week? Find a sheet as & when an emotion arises?

@sarahpsyc @Keirwales @Mick_Finnegan They are definitely accredited but plenty of other places offer great DBT programmes. Although also plenty of places saying they are doing DBT and actually only doing elements ie just group
