I had never understood why this “chuma” is on Kyuna Road. Steve tells me that it is for preventing Dumtwafs and Lorries from entering to disturb the quietness and tranquility of Kyuna and Loresho. It was erected by Simon Nyachae. I think we need more of them in many more residences in Nairobi.
