@MAZZAROO33 Maybe but it should have been a later round match - maybe a few 250s would do him good? it’s all a bit 💔 and maybe the rest have moved on?

Post Mazza Match Analysis. Frustrating to say the least to be honest. Confidence is a very fragile thing and I think it was clearly demonstrated in this match.

@MAZZAROO33 Of all the people to be drawn against in 1st round - why can’t the Gods given him a decent draw to get the confidence back?

I don't think it was all horrendous by any stretch but as I said in the beginning, confidence is a very fragile thing and can affect all aspects of your game and that was obvious today. 6.5/10

@MAZZAROO33 Apparently Anna Wintour invites the selected ‘few’ but then the issue is who pays? Sponsor / table host/ fashion label which denotes what they’re wearing. Then there is what table they’re sat on All v strategic 🤣

I'm assuming some of these folk have to stand for the entire night because it looks jolly uncomfortable if they have to sit down.

The dress code for this year’s #MetGala was “Fashion is Art” — and with hundreds of years of art and fashion to pull from, guests interpreted the theme through a wide range of looks. Here are some of the most memorable. 🪶🫧🖐💎

Jannik Sinner now only needs to win Rome to complete his Golden Masters at 24 years old... Only Novak Djokovic has done it, at 31 years old.

@vanshv2k It had jeopardy and some great tennis - what you want from a spectator sport! The semis really way to easy…

Amidst the usual chats of the 1990s Gen getting overtaken by Sincaraz, I’ll still point out that Tsitsipas vs Ruud Madrid R4 with the 3 tiebreak sets was still the most entertaining, competitive, tense, & tactically interesting match to watch in this ATP clay court season so far.

@pavyg The clue is in the name - they are supposed to be ‘matches’ not the boring wins from Sinner. Who would have thought the best match of this masters would have been Ruud vs Tsitsipas Where there was real jeopardy?

@chrisshipitv He’s a very loose cannon forgetting that with great privilege comes great responsibility? As a matter of good journalism please tell us who is funding all of this And is it being staged managed by PR folks?

@BenSFletcher Lost the plot of this a bit but have you taken the running costs into account - cast crew front of house theatre hire?

And that is nothing to say of the actual cost of pricing out the primary target audience and new theatregoers. Millionaires who don't think twice of spending the cost of an actor's shopping for a month on a single ticket are not the people who’ll be creating future shows.

Based on their own seat maps and pricing (so these are rough numbers and revenue will actually be higher after day seats are accounted for): 92 performances of which 9 are previews Average ticket price £85,58 (previews £75,59)
Carl Woodward@mrcarl_woodward

John Proctor Is the Villain at Wyndham's: £205 top price. Before dynamic pricing. 110 minutes. Average seat: £85-90. West End average top price is £162 — up 5% in a year. £30 seats a fig leaf. A "strictly limited run" - a pricing strategy

I guess it demonstrates what a glut of shows there is waiting for theatres that something with the acclaim and urgency of John Proctor Is The Villain isn’t getting a West End transfer until next year. Still, am very glad it’s happening. I just hope it stays hot.
