I'm not happy at all I now have to waste my evening trying to complete their not so user friendly form to beg for the money back that they should've had the decency to auto refund. KMT!

Had to sit in the cramped seat they moved me to with no room to stretch out and had to suffer with the back ache and sciatica I was trying to avoid by booking the extra legroom seat well in advance in the first place. @airfrance took the seat and didn't auto refund the money.

Sat here scratching my head wondering why in God's name I'm having to waste time completing a form begging @airfrance for a refund when they are the ones who decided to remove the allocated seat with extra legroom that I booked and paid for 4 months before my recent return flight

@shionamc Great article. Thanks 4 highlighting lack of women in tech. Many women I come across through my career coaching are interested in a career in tech, but let limiting beliefs & lack of confidence hold them back. Focus is needed on working on mindset as much as learning tech skills.

@shionamc @shionamc In the early days of a coding bootcamp, worked in the arts 35 yrs and Easter Sunday now spent trying to understand arrays, objects and scope! Its a marathon and the hardest thing I have ever undertaken! Change is tough, exhilarating & terrifying! Watch this space!
