@famlyhq Is there any way to receive the full message via email? My son's nursery sends a lot of messages but I only get the first 100 characters via email, meaning I have to click the link each time.

They are saying I would roll onto the ‘Flexible Octopus’ which is quoting 44.4 / kWh peak, 16.34 / kWh off peak. wouldn’t this be subject to the current price caps at about 35p /kWh?

@MoneySavingExp I’ve received an email from @OctopusEnergy which implies I’m not eligible for the EPG when my fixed octopus Go tariff comes to an end next month. I thought if I did nothing I would roll into the SVR which is capped by the EPG/EPC?

@CostaCoffee do you sell your reusable travel mugs online? The link on your website to merchandise goes to a insecure webpage and if you look up w10.world you see it’s an expired godaddy domain

@TheRealJimAmp I had a terrible experience with EBL. In the last 3 years I’ve had a 60% failure rate (ended in the bin because they fail to recharge).

@dtsn I have a load of EBL rechargeable batteries and they seem to be great. I guess it comes down to how often you’d change them. If you’re using batteries frequently, recharging is probably best. If only occasionally, then disposable and recycling is best.

Does anyone have strong opinions about rechargeable batteries? I normally go for Eneloop batteries but they are now at nearly £3 per battery I can buy 15 non rechargeable ones for that.

@nsandihelp I can’t login. Type in details, get 2FA code type that in and it says ‘securing your browser’ then it bounces me back to the login.

I’m getting some solar panels installed with Solar Edge + Modbus which will allow me to know when I have excess energy generation via an API. I need some things I can switch on via API to charge. My hot water is controlled by nest but it doesn’t look like there is an API?

@The_RHS Why’s that? I’m just trying to lighten my wallet. I can take a picture of the back of my card, import it into apple wallet and it should work. You always scan it anyway so you will be able to see all the details from that.

@dtsn Hello Daniel, thanks for your message. We’re currently looking into introducing a digital card. However, we recognise that this won't be for everyone and we're looking at how it could work alongside the existing card so that members have a choice.

@johnlewishelp This is for the reasonable life of the product but not exceeding 6 years. Though I would have to prove the fault is from manufacturing and that it’s reasonable for bed sheets to last more than 4 years.

@dtsn Hi Danielle. I'm really sorry to hear this. Unfortunately as this would fall outside our 2 year warranty period we wouldn't be able to offer assistance with this . Could you advise if there was an extended warranty active on the items when purchased. ^Jamie

@johnlewishelp we’ve had a range of your Egyptian bedding for about 4 years and I’m noticing huge holes where the stitching has come undone. It’s not the end of the world (I can stitch it back up) but it’s happened across both duvet covers and pillows over 2 sets.

@johnlewishelp No extended warranty. I don’t expect JL to do anything just thought I would provide some feedback and how disappointed I am in the sheets considering their cost. Just to note that the consumer rights act gives me 6 years to claim against poor workmanship.

Now I’m looking at over lockers to fix all these problems. For the cost of some stronger thread I think you made a bad cost cutting decision.
