Capital markets gives them cheap capital in return for the volatility premium of $MSTR 4) By doing #3, $MSTR buys more Bitcoin 5) Buying more Bitcoin, BTC goes 📈 6) 1-5 becomes a cycle and as BTC goes up, Bitcoin miner profits go WAY up 7) No Bitcoin miners, No new Bitcoin supply for $MSTR or ANYONE else to buy Could the strategy fail? Sure, but only under extraordinary circumstances, such as the complete failure of Bitcoin itself which would require either a fatal flaw in Bitcoin’s code, a breakdown of its decentralized consensus, or an irreversible global abandonment of its utility. Those risks are not zero, but they are exponentially diminishing as Bitcoin adoption grows and the network solidifies its role as the apex monetary asset
