If Max Verstappen doesn’t win the World Championship today, it’ll all be down to 1 person missing from the Red Bull team.
No, not Christian..
Or Adrian Newey…
Or Checo….
Or the bloke who’s going to McLaren….

This was tough to admit. The crazy Monaco race in 1996 where only 3 cars finished was one of the first F1 races I ever watched and I fell in love with the track thinking it was so cool and chaotic
I've defended Monaco year after year hoping something could be done to make Sunday remotely good, but today showed it's quite clear that's not going to happen and thinking we'll ever get cars small enough again for it to work is unrealistic
F1 shouldn't forget its history but perhaps it's time to let Monaco go and we can look back at the iconic moments it's given us, before it becomes universally hated by the fans and the drivers

Guess what Reform UK fans. After you've deported the Muslims and the immigrants you'll still be poor and living in a country where nothing works, everything is unaffordable and everyone hates each other.
It'll just have worse public services and food, more boring people and no culture.
But those millionaires who sold you the dream of Blighty won't care because they'll just sod off to Dubai or the Bahamas.
You're a bunch of chumps and you're getting played.

Spanish football will assess a player on his ability to have a net positive impact on a match.
English punditry will assess a player on his ability to win an MMA match in a swamp vs Ryan Shawcross.

Cesc Fabregas on TAA : “I haven’t seen many players in my lifetime that make this type of transitions, passing, short, long switches of play with so much ease, so much natural ability. He can make final passes inside the box as well, set pieces, free-kicks. He’s got the whole lot.” 🎯

This remains, by an absolute mile, the most significant level of engagement and contribution by a straight ex-male footballer to addressing the sport’s issue with homophobia.

Graeme Souness on why there are no openly gay footballers in the Premier League 🗣"I came from a generation which was extremely homophobic. I went to the Brighton pride and learn't so much, it changed my attitude"

Arsenal have had a great season but it’s insulting to even compare us.
We reached 97 points, while winning the UCL, then last season reached 92 points while playing every single game possible.
Their main XI has played 1 game per week and are now basically out the title race.

Liverpool know all too well what Arsenal are going through 🤝
