Bladee is millennial music but u could easily say his influence has been felt more directly on Gen Z culture. artists are more often older than the generations they influence. the lines in the sand that ppl draw around all this seem totally myopic to me most of the time

yes & this is why i can’t stand generational discourse. people from all generations made music that became emblematic of various times. anything beyond that is splitting hairs. “so-&-so was born in __ so they’re __” - no we’re all only scrapping for attention at any age & time
