A year ago I lost my spatula.I didn't want to get a new one because it's not physically possible it left my kitchen I do not have visitors and my surveillance shows no thefts. Reader, it was in the 3rd drawer of my dishwasher I had forgotten existed. 🫠

@literElly sometimes it helps to think less and do. Planning can help. Have some stock phrases you can use (maybe this you can practice with your therapist), deploy them in the agreed upon situations, then stop the communication (at least for now) following the plan. And repeat.

@AmandaSmithSays I found my way to Talbots petites in the pre pandemic times and I recommend for the boobs - waist problem. Definitely a middle aged vibe but I am middle aged so I embrace it.
