On this Labor Day, let us remember that it wasn’t the CEOs and billionaires who saved us during COVID-19. It was the janitors, nurses, cleaning crews, grocery and food workers with their hard, often invisible labor.

Traveling soon? Stay protected during the COVID-19 surge by wearing a high-quality mask in crowded or indoor spaces like an N95, KN95 or KF94. Learn more: cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/D…

Ag. Minister Lana Popham: "There’s about $30,000 for 75 egg and poultry producers to add things into their barns like HEPA filters, to install ultra-violet light systems" 🙄 Hey @Josie_Osborne why aren't there HEPAs and UV systems in BC schools to protect our kids from Covid?

Excellent durability up to one year following Novavax booster doses shown in a new study from Japan. Correlates of protection estimate 66% throughout the first year following first booster, and 88% throughout second year after 2nd booster.

“They wouldn’t let Covid spread if it was THAT bad” Asbestos HIV Miners Lung Tobacco Governments don’t give a flying fcuk about you or your health! Studies showed Covid organ damage in 2020 (pre vaccines) EVEN after a mild infection. They IGNORED it… pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10…

New study. Olympic athletes. Post-COVID outcomes. Researchers tracked 65 Olympic-caliber athletes from Germany’s National Olympic Training Center — not weekend warriors, but elite professionals at the top of their sport. Here’s what they found after confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections: Infection rates were ~11%, regardless of contact vs non-contact sport 37% had symptoms lasting over 4 weeks Over half paused training for 4–8 weeks At 4 months post-infection: 40% still reported reduced performance 64% had ongoing limitations in sports participation Lingering issues: mental/physical fatigue, shortness of breath, muscle/joint pain Let that sink in. Four months later — despite being cleared, testing negative, and following elite recovery protocols — nearly 2 out of 3 hadn’t returned to full capacity. This isn’t about “mild” disease. It’s not about testing positive or negative. It’s about the psychophysiological toll that can derail even the fittest bodies on the planet. If Olympians need careful, stepwise return-to-play protocols… What does that say about the rest of us? Source: link.springer.com/article/10.100…
