There's no way it drops after the direct, besides being a little cruel it definitely needs some time to get the information out properly. Making a newsletter for the release, the gaster tweets etc

i will say i’m not a fan of it being made available right after the direct bc i’m not done with my replay/save file prep and i want to have something ready for when gaster speaks to us again… just give it a week or so that’s all i need

@morkanslil_y Susie's the only one with the right kind of drive to help all 3 of them out if directed properly, he saw that potential and immediately gravitated towards it

@morkanslil_y I think him spending most of his time on Susie is for the better anyway, he couldn't convince Ralsei of anything if he tried and he seems somewhat aware of Kris being too deep in their situation to break out even if he's not aware of what their situation is.

@ThayneCooney @senenby I kinda see this scene as Flowey after he became a flower again, overtop of Chara's grave, talking to himself to try and quell his lingering fears, cus even if he knows Chara is gone now, he still held onto the part of him that kinda wishes they were here.

@senenby I always saw the player as canon but nobody in-universe knows who we are, so basically Flowey isn't talking to us but the game very much intends for his words to feel like they're aimed at us.
