There is never a shortage of water safety, no matter how small the race. This is so tragic and was avoidable.

@onepeloton I woke up at 445am to run only to fight with my tread after the latest update I did two days ago. Got disconnected from customer service. Do I need to wake up at 3am to accommodate these glitchy updates that I purposely do AFTER a workout to prevent this? Unreal
