One of my New Year's resolution was to adopt a healthier lifestyle by exercising more and eating clean. I workout 2-3 times a week and have joined bootcamp classes. By incorporating more vegetables and fruits into my diet, my energy levels have increased significantly.

A potential solution to the Sudanese crisis is signing the petition as seen in the picture below (chng.it/4CrzhHLTgz). The UN has sat by idly due to Russia and China who have invested heavily into the Sudan oil market as the death toll has raised 3x that of the Holocaust.

EM203 has been a great course so far through 3 weeks of class. Had the chance to learn about different learning theories, such as learning by doing and apprenticeship! Looking forward to future classes #EM203Robin

@EmilySlonowski I also completed the same task! I also found that identifying which learning style best suits my mental processes allowed me to really hone in on the activity and make the learning process not only faster but also more effective! #EM203Robin

@EM203YZaheed I also agree that the different learning strategies are helpful to know as it allows us to acknowledge which strategy suits our individual mental processes best and use this learning strategy to aid us in memory recall. #EM203Robin

@find8438 I agree that connecting with others allows us to learn more effectively in the digital age. Without these tools, we wouldn't be able to make as meaningful connections, and connectivism is an important learning method especially when trying to recall information further on. #EM203

So far we have learned to connect by using learning resources, our peers and information in order to effectively learn in the digital age. It is important for learning purposes that we are provided with tools that build these connections such as media and open discussion. #EM203

In EM203 we have explored how we learn in the digital age. Looking at leaning theories, multi-media, multi-modal and multi-tasking we can discover the most effective way us as individuals learn. #EM203Robin
