@BestBuy your return policy is 15 days? And only extended until January 15 for the holidays? Is that a joke? I might understand for higher ticket items, but you’re selling defective chargers and then I’m told I can’t replace it (not even trying to return it)?! How ridiculous

@uber this is an acceptable answer for you? “Sorry-you won’t be matched with this driver again.” After waiting over 45 minutes in extreme heat outside before being able to request a new ride because YOUR driver refused to pick me up AND refused to cancel the ride?!

@uber is it normal for a driver to just not pick up a passenger??!? And not cancel the ride?! This behavior is unacceptable and the “help” feature on your app is useless since the ride is still active.

You couldn’t even really see the actual water falls. Also ride lasted less than 15 minutes and the photo provided on the listing is completely inaccurate based on what we actually saw.

@tishspearman @StubHub Same! The latest now says my tickets will be delivered on the day of the concert. It’s unacceptable especially since I purchased back in October and am currently on a very expensive road trip in Europe on my way to the concert. This is crazy!

@MarriottBonvoy my flight is delayed by 12 hours, causing me to miss my connection to Madrid. I contacted the hotel immediately and they pretty much told me “too bad.” Seems like an unacceptable response considering it’s out of my hands as a Bonvoy member who has never cancelled.
