Kids need coaches! Not because the sport demands it. Not because someone has to be in charge. Kids need coaches to teach, guide & be role models. Be sure you’re there for the right reasons. Provide the tools necessary to enhance every aspect of the game so each player can thrive!

Many players work according to their feelings. If they are a little tired, sore or just don’t feel like it, they find excuses to skip it. The truly committed work based on principles! Excuses aren’t part of their vocabulary. When you’re fueled by passion you rarely make excuses!
