Today, I discussed expanding Europe's role in the AI stack with leading CEOs. We are deeply convinced of the creativity and innovation potential of Europe. We need concerted action to realise this. Therefore, we are stepping up our support, simplifying rules and investing. We are building a stronger European tech sector overall, so more European companies can grow and compete on global level. Creating the conditions for ambition and for scaling-up is a team effort. The Commission is fully committed.

@compliantvc A win-win for everyone. Socialism is the pinnacle of humanity. I can sleep in peace at night that my money is used to fund helpful Asylum seekers. American mind cannot comprehend this

I was talking to my friend Caspar who is planning to buy a Tesla. I was furious at him. I said Caspar, you live in Amsterdam, Netherlands, a haven for Bikes. You want to trade your freedom for biking against selling your data. He said, “But FSD is now legal in NL, I want to be handsfree” “Then what happens to your Bike? and beautiful biking culture”, I said frustratingly. “It takes time for me to bike, and I can also work while driving” Caspar was trying to explain. I went ahead and reported him to Amsterdam Green Tribunal for violating sustainable environment. Europe is already facing huge energy crisis. We cannot let these Teslas take away more energy. Who will power the famous red light area then? I will never buy a Tesla, Europe has great public transport infrastructure. And I don’t want to share my data of going to clubs and kink supply buying patterns.

Just spoke to a young 51-year old founder He's looking to raise money for his exciting new startup: It's a "blog network" - sort of like sending an e-mail (electronic mail) to friends, except each entry is available publicly for anyone to access on the web Friends and readers can even leave comments on each "blog" post Sounds revolutionary- this could be the future of media consumption Anyone else think I should invest?

Apple Pay/Digital Payments is useless in Germany. Cons of Apple Pay of Germany: - Not acceptable by local Döner Kebap shop (Ali Baba Döner) - Takes 5 mins to do a payment rather then 10secs for taking out cash - Avoids personal touch cash gives - Obvious Data Compliance compromise, Apple has now all your Kink Shopping expenses - Easily Traceable with Finanzamt (Tax Office) That’s why I always use Cash. Apple Pay is clearly a Capitalist pipe-dream agenda being pushed by America. Reject modernity and embrace tradition. Most important Pro of all: Mohammed can easily get your money if he steals your wallet if carried cash. Cash will always be the king in Germany.

I rejected Stripe in 2010. No SOC 2. No PCI DSS. No ISO 27001. They wanted to process payments. They could not produce a single audit report. I told them to come back when they were compliant. They didn’t. Today they are worth billions. I still sleep at night. My Estonian portfolio company makes €400 a year. Zero compliance violations. Tell me: Who is the real winner?

Germans don't do small talk. They don't ask about your weekend before a meeting. They don't comment on the weather to fill silence. They just start. First time it happened to me I thought I had done something wrong 😄🇩🇪

My friend Jens has recently completed his education at the age of 35. Still super young and ready to lift his career off. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Universität Bielefeld He has already lined up an interview as Junior Developer Intern at Deutsche Bahn AG His salary would be €1800 after taxes He is going to move to Berlin to live in a shared apartment with 8 other people and will pay €800 for a bed (steal deal in Berlin) He will still remain with €1000 (plus already added additional benefits such as health insurance etc) Studying in Germany/Europe is truly rewarding. 35 is still a very young age to start a career. He is set for his life.

founder showed me his website noticed he had some logos of his customers Google, Amazon, and Apple. he thought I was impressed the exact opposite, actually asked if he got permission to to share his client's identities like this I called Google myself to ask not only did Google stop doing business with him, but they got the founder thrown in a Dutch prison for violating European privacy laws Another win for privacy!
