Got my @MGMotorIn ZS EV serviced in New Delhi Okhla center. The SC has outright lied about checking car’s suspension and other car issues still existing after ‘service’ was done. SC refuses to share any CCTV footage, but wants complete payment before car handover. What should a customer do? Where can they go and take action against this SC? The SC was taken in loop with the HQ. All HQ could do - someone will call you with a resolution. Have waited enough and there’s no resolution by the SC or HQ. The Service Centers for EVs have been so reckless and careless, I’m tired of complaining.

Finally got Nexon 45 Emp. 1st car, 90% city use; free running coz office has free 32A charging. Was considering i20 NLine or Kylaq earlier but nothing can beat free. Also amazing performance. Windsor ugly; too big for city. @volklub @Xroaders_001 @evelectree @ferrarirules86

On 14th of this month, I met with a terrible accident. My XUV was completely butchered by a truck (on the Bangalore-Chennai highway). The vehicle is gone. But I walked out alive. And that’s only because of the sheer structural strength of the machine (though the news in local WA group was that the XUV driver is dead :D ). In those few minutes waiting for help, I kept thinking: if I had been just 2 seconds faster, I’d have avoided the truck. But then, the accident would have 100% killed the Ertiga family (couple+ kid) driving behind me. They survived because my XUV absorbed the load. So yeah, thanks to @anandmahindra and the engineering team at @MahindraRise The xuv is gone (now being auctioned to scrap dealers by the insurance co). Of course, I now need to figure out my next one (my driving+podcast season 2 was supposed to start from next week / delayed till I figure this out). Feel free to recommend.

@Tataev As mentioned earlier as well this is not a one-off case but happening to everyone across India, when you want to deny warranty based on scratches on the underbody then why do the stunts on Quad day

@Tataev please give some battery upgrade options for NEV Prime owners. We being early adopters feel like we are being left out now. Even the resale value is crashed for EVs. Market has 400-600kms range vehicles and Prime owners are stuck with 200 😞 #upgradePrime

Underbody scratches was not a reason earlier for @Tataev to deny battery replacement under warranty. Is this a new way to reduce liability on tata as the number of vehicles and inturn number of replacements increase? #TataMotors #tataev #ElectricVehicle #nexonev
