@Uttupaaji Hard competitive exams often indicate acute unemployment or little opportunity in a country. Preparing for a competitive exam in the most productive years of life is the most unproductive thing! If competitive exams make a person better, we will produce the finest people in🌍!

I borrowed Karpathy’s "tests over code" idea. Code is just a byproduct of tests. I devised my own custom prompt. It works like pure magic! My Gemini CLI is much better. No more frustrating, buggy features. Bug fixes are finally straightforward. Prompt link in comment 👇

AI isn't just making teams more productive. It's changing how companies should be built. In this episode of Startup School, YC Partner @sdianahu explains what it means to build an AI-native company, where AI isn't just a tool but the operating system your company runs on. She breaks down how to make your company queryable so agents can improve across every function, why management hierarchies break down when an intelligence layer replaces human middleware, and why early-stage founders have a massive edge in building this way from day one. 00:58 - AI as your company’s operating system 01:57 - Open vs closed loop companies 03:00 - Making your company fully queryable 05:00 - The rise of the 1,000x engineer 07:12 - Why middle management disappears 09:12 - Startups will win this shift

My co-founder and I built an audience of 70,000+ LinkedIn followers in 2 years. That booked us 170+ meetings in our first 2 months at Workflows. But a vast majority of B2B teams post on LinkedIn with zero system behind it. 1. Their content gets engagement but nobody actually books a call from it. 2. There is no workflow connecting post engagement to their CRM. And the BIGGEST gap is the content mix itself. Too many teams dump effort into case studies and product promotions before the audience trusts them. They skip the trust-building phase entirely and wonder why LinkedIn isn’t bringing them any leads... Even though everyone tells them it should be one of their best channels. So… We built a 7-step social selling framework to fix exactly this and published the full system on our blog. It includes: 1. Complete 7-step framework from audience building to conversion 2. The 70/20/10 content split for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU 3. 14 content formats mapped to funnel stage 4. 5 buyer signal types to track for pipeline 5. Contact capture to CRM workflow 6. Recommended weekly posting cadence BONUS: Our complete content OS in Notion… the same one we use to organize everything content related for our clients. If you want it: Comment: "SOCIAL" And I’ll DM it to you ASAP

In Feb, I applied Alex Hormozi's lead magnet framework to LinkedIn. In a few weeks, I went from: - 1.5k -> 3.9k followers - Booking 0-1 calls/mo -> 5-15/mo - Getting ~1k -> ~15-30k impressions/mo Before, I didn't realize how saturated the feed was with content. Because nowadays... LinkedIn is a WALL of "Comment X and I'll DM you" posts (and 'thought leadership' content in general). Everyone has figured out that lead magnets are the method. Yet, it's becoming harder and harder to stand out with it. If you're posting "free PDFs" on LinkedIn and nobody is commenting for them, you already know what I'm talking about. → Your ICP used to comment on every giveaway post. Now they scroll past yours without blinking. → Your lead magnet sounds like the same "Ultimate Guide" as the 8 other people in your niche → You're giving away a google doc that took you 20 minutes to make and wondering why nobody cares → The leads that DO come in are garbage because your magnet attracted everyone instead of your actual buyer Hormozi's framework is what separates the top performing lead magnets that go viral + book calls from the ones getting buried. His data shows lead magnets beat direct offers on overall ROAS AND scale better. But ONLY when yours has real value and real differentiation. That said... I just put his ENTIRE system into a free Notion kit. Inside: 1) Hormozi's real ROAS data on lead magnets vs direct offers 2) The 3 Value Vectors: Speed, Risk, Ease (so your offer stops being interchangeable) 3) The Splinter Strategy: how to give away something that actually costs you to deliver 4) My naming formula for lead magnets that cut through a saturated feed 5) Plug-and-play giveaway post template Want me to send it? 1. Comment "HORMOZI" 2. Follow @aidanb2b And I'll DM it to you. PS: Everyone's posting lead magnets now. The question is whether yours stands out or gets buried. This kit is how you make sure it stands out.

I just built an AI marketing team in Claude Code: 5 agents that research, brief, write, and report while I sleep 🤯 One prompt → a competitor researcher, a brief writer, a hook generator, an ad copy writer, and a performance reporter, all working together inside Claude Code. The researcher feeds the brief writer. The brief writer feeds the hook generator and copy writer. The performance reporter closes the loop. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are running every part of the creative production loop manually: Researching competitors in one tab, writing briefs in another, generating hooks from scratch, rewriting ad copy by hand, and pulling performance reports into a spreadsheet nobody reads. This agent team eliminates the entire loop, all inside Claude Code: → Agent 1 (Competitor Researcher): scrapes competitor ads, extracts winning hooks, maps creative strategies, builds a competitive brief → Agent 2 (Creative Brief Writer): reads the research output + your ad performance data and writes a data-backed creative brief → Agent 3 (Hook Generator): takes the brief and writes 20 hooks across 10 proven frameworks → Agent 4 (Ad Copy Writer): takes the brief + hooks and writes full ad copy variations for each persona → Agent 5 (Performance Reporter): audits your ad data, flags creative fatigue, and tells Agent 1 what to research next week No manual handoffs between steps. No rewriting context every session. No starting from scratch every Monday. What you get: > 5 specialist agents that pass work to each other automatically > A full creative production pipeline from research → brief → hooks → copy → report > Every agent reads your brand voice and ICP files so the output sounds like you, not generic AI > A weekly loop that compounds — each cycle gets smarter because the reporter feeds next week's researcher > Built with sub-agents so it works on any Claude Code plan, no experimental flags needed I put together a full playbook with all 5 agent system prompts, the coordination workflow, and the exact setup to get this running. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "AGENTS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors analyzed, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked weekly. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If your SEO workflow looks like this — log into Ahrefs once a month, export a CSV, skim it for 5 minutes, close the tab, tell yourself you'll write that blog post next week, never do... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data → Finds your "gap zone" — keywords sitting at positions 5-20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and breaks down exactly why they're winning → Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning — then never asks again → Writes content in your voice — not generic AI slop that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle → Optimizes your product listings for AI shopping — so you show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, not just Google No $200/month tools you open once and forget. No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else. No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it. What you get: - Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity - A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword - A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data - A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes - Product listing optimization for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) — the new SEO nobody's doing yet Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. I put together a full playbook with the skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. I mapped out 50 ways to make money with AI in 2026. Not theory. Not hype. Real business models with revenue paths and MVP scope. Organized into 5 categories: vertical agents, content tools, data infrastructure, edge AI, and services. Each idea shows exactly what to build and how to monetize it. Saved me 3 weeks of research when I was figuring out what to launch. Comment "IDEAS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

I replaced my $400K/year strategy team with an AI Executive Board... 7 frontier models. 5 countries. $0.30 per verdict. 34 seconds per decision. → No more shipping copy that one AI rubber-stamped → No more pricing decisions made with zero pushback → No more proposals that felt right but lost the deal → No more positioning gaps you only discover after the client says no Just paste your draft → 7 models argue independently → 1 synthesis verdict delivered. Here's how it works: → Claude (Anthropic) — strategic narrative + positioning → GPT (OpenAI) — structure + persuasion gaps → Gemini (Google) — logic flow + audience framing → DeepSeek — contrarian pressure-testing → Qwen (Alibaba) — market angle + commercial framing → Kimi (Moonshot AI) — risk flags + blind spots → MiniMax — final synthesis + verdict No cross-talk. No model sees the other's answer. One chairman model reads all 7 and delivers the final call. Built for decisions that cost you money if you get them wrong. Runs in your terminal. One command. $0.30. Results from real deployments: → $400K strategy function replaced completely → 34-second average verdict per decision → 7 independent opinions vs 1 AI hallucination → Catches the 1 line that quietly kills your sale Want the complete system? Like + comment "BOARD" + repost, and I'll DM it to you. (must be following)
