So you lost a lot of money and feel devastated? Crypto brings out the worst in us and losing in crypto triggers existencial fear. Here is what you can do to feel strong and happy again (longer post, links to very helpful meditations are in the last slide): Losing money triggers on of the strongest feelings there are. It creates existencial fear. Our ego will do everything to sabotage a mindful and peaceful state of mind, which is why it needs to create emotions and engagement. It will tell you that you are a loser, that you will never make it, that it's not even worth trying. It feeds from this negative energy. However, there is a solution. Luckily, negative and positive feelings cannot exist at the same time in us. Just like a specific location cannot have light and darkness at the same time. By training to feel positive emotions, we automatically push away all the bad energy that is resting in us. The most powerful ways to create positive energy are to bring up two emotions: - Love - Gratefulness Both work together and are very similar in character. If you sit in silence and meditate, give attention to a few things you are grateful for. This can be your spouse, friends, your children, food or something else like a new pair of shoes or your new laptop. It doesn't matter what it is. By giving it attention and by feeling gratitude of having it in your life, you create a very powerful and positive feeling, which completely fills you and pushes away all negative emotions. I attached some slides about how to work with gratitude meditation and how this may help you. There are some very helpful links in there (last slide), which give you guidance on how to start.

I consider $AERO as arguably the BIGGEST sleeping giant in DeFi for this cycle. TVL = $1.417 Bil (40% of Base TVL) MCap = $1.125 Bil Rarely do you see projects with higher TVL than market cap & I imagine that changes for AERO soon. But it's far more than just TVL Aerodrome is doing unreal numbers in terms of revenue. The only non-stablecoin protocols generating more revenue than them are Ethereum, Tron, Solana & Ethena. With the first 3 obviously being some of the most established projects in this space sitting nicely in the top 10 market cap leadereboards. And remember... These are L1 networks that serve as the entire infrastructure to their respective blockchains. Aerodrome is simply 1 protocol on Base that's putting unreal numbers. And then of course there's the narrative of Aerodrome being the face of utility on Coinbase's Base chain. This is an absolute sleeper that you should be paying attention to if you want some exposure to the Base ecosystem and overall DeFi. We've seen what some exchange tokens can do, especially with the likes of Binance Coin with BSC. Well now we have a chance to capture that opportunity... But on Coinbase🧠 It's not just narratives for Aerodrome, the numbers do more than speak for themselves.
