He was horrendous. He was so shaky with ball in hand. Had multiple opportunities to kill the ball (first example being the incident in which Durham was concussed).

Enough negative commentary from me for the weekend. It’s exhausting & I genuinely hate arguing with fellow fans on here when we all want the same outcome (a successful Essendon).

@JonathanJWalsh @FlightPlanPod Certainly have been unlucky with drafts. Hobbs a miss, but what did we miss out on? The misses were three first rounds given for Shiel and Smith. The two second rounders for Stringer have become 200+ game players for the clubs.

The saddest part of last night was I knew it’d happen.
I convinced my Richmond supporting partner to tip the Tigers and I attended fully expecting a loss.
That’s not a 100% bad thing though - it’s a catalyst for change.
Brad Scott isn’t a development coach and never has been - time to move on to a fresh voice. It worked wonders for the Dees.
The tough conversations need to be had with senior players. Outside Parish and Merrett, the guys who should be guiding our young list are just along for the ride, complaining about the standard THEY set.
All those boys need a reality check in their exit interviews and an assurance we’ll trade them if they’re not all in - otherwise, what’s the point?
Where’s the sense of pride in performance? How are senior players not embarrassed that Dyson Sharp in game 5 getting injured turned the game against GWS?
Honeymoon is over for Andrew Welsh - the next few months will define his tenure.

Of the vets, couldn’t be more happy to see Parish claim BOG honours last night. So many fans were ready to give up on him, but watching him closely from L4, he was covering the ground like his prime years and his foot skills were on point

Thank the lord Matty Rosa didn’t bend to Collingwood and snapped him up in the MSD. He’s very competent inside 50 and looks to be more of the classic tall forward- the ideal pairing with Caddy
