Honestly don't know what happened to Claude Code. Tried a one-off simple task on a fresh directory yesterday, tried a bunch of things that didn't work, asked for a ton of permissions, and then got stuck for 4 minutes before I got tired of waiting and killed the session. This was on medium effort. Switched to Codex gpt 5.4 with medium effort and one shotted the task in under 1 minute.

When you start to think about those you see how other tools really don't want you to feel like their tool is yours.

I will make another post when things will be close to something I love and use every day. But so far it's going pretty fast in terms of setup. When you simplify (not write less but write smarter) it's funny to see how stuff works way better and make more sense.

and most importantly have things that help you debug like analyzis conversations with the thinking inside a nice UI, or anlyze tokens consomation for each call and what is injected inside the context.

One note is that the default harness from claude or others is usually shit and never scale. It's generally something for the company itself not something that make the model better just putting it here ^^

It already works pretty well (for my use cases), fully local. Now I’m working on: - a “skills” system (with memory + harness) - workspaces to create cleaner, more flexible flows Happy to share more or show a quick demo if people are interested in comments 👇

After playing with tools like Opencode and Claude Code, it turns out it’s not as complex as it looks to build useful LLM tools locally. You don’t need the latest models—“good enough” + the right workflow goes a long way. here a sneak peak more in comments.

Engaging in open source can be challenging these days. However, this shouldn't deter you from making efforts to maintain and expand the health of the ecosystem. I'm pleased to announce a simple tool that I found difficult with the new Tauri v2 beta. deploy ipa to mobile

After migrating lagon.app to @nextjs 13 with RSC, I've noticed an x4 increase in bandwidth, even if the bundle size is smaller From ~300MB a day to +1.2GB, is that expected @vercel? How can I debug what is taking all of this bandwidth? github.com/lagonapp/lagon…

Although I'm not entirely sure how this feature is handled behind the scenes, I appreciate how it improves the way documentation is written. Kudos to the NextJS team for a job well done! Really impressive.

The NextJS documentation sets an excellent example for open-source documentation. By allowing users to read and collaborate, and even leave live comments and feedback, it enhances the overall developer experience. #nextjs #reactjs @vercel
