In the past 12 months, I lost 27 kg working with a nutritionist. In the next two weeks, I will enter the maintenance phase.
During this journey, I noticed several pain points:
- the constant need to organise every single meal every day
- constantly checking PDFs with weekly menu plans for quantities, ingredients and instructions
- many hours spent building grocery lists
- throwing away leftovers when changing menus
- lack of inspiration for healthy recipes
So in January, I started building CraveBuddy as a solution to these pain points. Here is how it looks so far:
