as someone extremely ambitious & aiming really big... this may have been one of the most important realizations I’ve had in my career. one of the most important decisions one can make as a man, is who you marry. majority of online ‘personal brands’ are flexing all of these half naked girls, which is up to everyone for themselves; but I feel like it creates a wrong image of what is important (eventually), or better said- what to look for in someone as a very ambitious person. now before people start ripping into me, yes I’ve definitely had my fair share of fun & found myself in these settings like these every now and then—which I would say is very good to experience as a man as it builds confidence and you’ll be able to figure out what you like and what you don’t like. but, let me share you my perspective; your other half is a direct representation of you. when you walk into a room with a woman by your side that has class, is smart, beautiful and elevates your name in the rooms you are not — you are unbeatable. look at; jayz & beyonce david & victoria backham barack & michelle obama and so on the man who shows loyalty to no one else but his person is the ultimate proof of strong mind & dedication to one person. The ultimate form of loyalty which has no price. you think I’d be comfortable doing business with a 30+ man who cheats on his wife? or the one that he found because ‘why not, she’s hot’ and that can barely keep up a. conversation? a lot of men don’t realize the impression they leave to those around them, those they work with when you show up with a ‘trophy wife’. behind every strong man is a strong woman choose wisely

A lot of people get discouraged when they aren't getting results Because their goals are too big and far ahead You need to set smaller, more achievable goals for the short term Makes it 10x easier to stay motivated Daily goals > yearly goals

When I worked a corporate job, my wife dog & daughter would always be waiting for me right here when I got HOME. I honestly liked most of my co-workers & the job was fine….. But it was NORMAL to: •Leave at 7am & get home at 6pm. •Work 5 days a week for 2 off. •Work 49 weeks a year for 3 weeks off. •Need to ask PERMISSION for a day off. •Miss my kids events & a lot of their life. •Use zero creativity every day. •Watch the clock & wish my life away. It made me quickly realize it should NOT BE NORMAL for humans to do this. I wouldn't accept that as my NORMAL. If you work a corporate job & love it & feel a sense of PURPOSE at it -- I salute you & think that's wonderful! I’ll be the first to congratulate you & say ignore the dummies that think it’s a one size fits all. But if you're in a spot like I was I BEG YOU to stop wasting another moment until you discover your passion. Then go FULL SPEED AT IT! •Spring up ready to conquer. •Build something you're proud of. •Create & stop endlessly consuming. In 2024 there's ENDLESS RESOURCES & this has never been easier. In 2024 there's ENDLESS DISTRACTIONS & this has never been harder. Life's a CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE game. Just don't get to the END & WONDER WHAT IF??!

If you're putting in the effort & doing honest work, don't get down on yourself. You're an inspiration. I know it feels hopeless when it seems like everyone around you is doing so well. But what you see on here IS NOT REAL. It's almost impossible to overstate how completely fake almost everything is. People's $$/month The cars & watches The deal numbers The videos you see on IG & TikTok The client testimonials I know. I've seen the back side of some of these things in my line of work. People are pretending they're running these huge companies but can't pay for basic expenses. Terrified that they are going to have to pay taxes because they can't afford it. There are some real ones on here (love you guys) but there are many pretenders. Keep working hard & putting the hours in. Keep your integrity. Don't scam people. Enough time in the same direction will pay off.

This isn’t personal, it’s just how your brain is wired I went thru this getting first biz off the ground when I was in my full-time sales job It is all about certainty/uncertainty Your brain HATES uncertainty because it can’t calculate risk/calorie expenditure U have 2 play chess against it. Get hyper organized with ur tasks, schedule them out, attack daily & refuse to miss a day. Have to focus on 1 bite @ a time until ur free. Also realize u can coast at ur job, u cant coast on ur own life. So u may need to switch ur shift around to capitalize when ur willpower is highest Golden handcuffs r real. Without u creating ur own pressure nothing will happen. Ull then wake up @ 40 in the same spot with thousands of “loops of failure” in ur history. All because u refused 2 play chess & treat it as war against ur brain

Last week I spoke with a private client. He was an anxious ball of nervous energy. "I have bills coming, I'm stressed at my job, I need to land clients FAST" yada yada yada. In other words, he's fallen into the "money paralysis" trap. So fixated on the end product that he's forgotten how to play the game. I'm going to explain this with one of my favourite football analogies (real football, not that weird game you Americans play). In football we have strikers, they score the goals. A confident (and skilled) striker will score 15-30 goals a season. Scoring goals is second nature and they don't even think about it. It becomes reflex. But sometimes they will miss the goal. And miss the goal again. And again. Fans start booing. Opposing fans start singing about how shite they are. Teammates start getting pissy. It's not uncommon for a striker to miss 10+ big chances in a row. They start second guessing themselves. They wonder if they were ever any good at football or just lucky. They know they need a goal desperately, so they fixate on that next goal. Instead of focusing on playing great football, they Obsess over the next goal. How they will score it. When they will score it... They play different. Taking bad shots. Messing up free kicks. Missing penalties because they try to double bluff the goalkeeper. The fixation on "the next goal" completely destroys their game. Everything they know about soccer goes out the window. This exact scenario happened with Manchester United's new striker - Rasmus Hojlund. It took him 10+ hours of pitch time to score his first goal. In that time, he missed dozens of chances. But when he FINALLY hit the ball and saw the back of the net bulge? His confidence flooded back. The game felt natural again. He went on to score 10+ goals in just a few months. The difference between the players who survive these goal-draughts and those who don't is simple... Players who make it through these streaks: 1. control their emotions during downturns and 2. focus on playing good football - not scoring goals. So what did I tell my private client? Stop fixating on "getting a client" and focus on the inputs: Posting lead generating content Using my DM framework on 10 prospects/day Making an offer to your audience every single day Guess what happened? One week later, my client isn't panicking anymore because he's got booked calls, a full pipeline, and even closed two small deals. Focus on the game and not scoring the next goal. P.S. Tomorrow I'm opening the waitlist for my new 1:1 program where I help you add $5-10k/month to your business in 30-90 days. I'm only taking 5 clients. DM me "wingman" if you want to get added to the waitlist. Glenn

“Do everything in moderation”. Probably the worst advice ever if you want to excel. Doing things in moderation will lead to you becoming exactly that - mediocre. If you do something, do it with all your energy, intention and conviction. Don’t be scared of the extremes.

If you want your cold DMs opened. You can't start it with a pitch. You have to actually build rapport with people on the timeline first. Then have a normal convo with them in the dms. Steer it toward their problems. Solve them. AND then sell the implementation.

there’s one thing worse than unconsciously drifting through life. it’s when you wake up to the fact that you have limitless potential, yet spend your days waiting for life to start. you know you want more but you keep finding excuses. not the right time or situation. need more money. need a better environment. you creatively talk yourself out of ever making the necessary change. it’s like your entire life is on pause and you sabotage any chance at peace until you get what you want. but your finger hovers over the button forever. you spend your life looking forward to the future without ever creating it.
