Your nose gets bigger and in some cases never goes back to normal . 4. You can gain or lose weight massively. 5. Your hair grows thicker but can you lose your front hair . 6. Your brain adjusts to help bond with your baby (baby brain) hence the forgetfulness and it can remain that way. 7. Your voice can get deeper and hoarse 8. Your skin develops tags and melasma (dark patches) 9. Your feet can grow bigger and may never get back to normal 10. You can develop a strong sense of smell or lose it. 11. Your rib cage expands to accommodate the growing baby . 12. Your life is at risk and you’re never coming back the same way.

You cannot: ​Work full time, raise children, keep a spotless home, show up fully in your marriage, maintain friendships, stay fit, build wealth, read books, pursue hobbies, serve only home cooked meals, answer every email, and still make the 3:30 school pickup. ​That standard was created to keep you exhausted and blaming yourself. Ataupun sanggup gadaikan agama dan prinsip demi nak dipandang wanita. Ini juga musibah. Lelaki apabila rosak, kerosakannya berskala besar kerana faktor keupayaan dan kekuatannya yang melebihi wanita. Betapa besarnya tanggungjawab menjadi ibu bapa untuk mendidik anak-anak. Didikan kita hari ini (kecil atau besar) memberi kesan yang besar dan panjang dalam kehidupan anak. Jangan ambil ringan akan ripple effects. Kerana itu Islam memberi garis panduan, dan menekankan agama dalam pemilihan pasangan. Agama di sini bukan semata dalam ibadahnya, tetapi merangkumi sistem kehidupannya.
