This might be the end of @cartainc as the trusted platform for startups. As a founder it feels kind shitty that Carta, who I trust to manage our cap table, is now doing cold outreach to our angel investors about selling Linear shares to their buyers.

@ankurnagpal Wow, when I was working on an app using Stripe back in 2016-17, this was not the case. So I have the same memory, did not realize such a huge policy change took place. Now refunding is painful for merchants (like actual $$$).

Woah, just realized Stripe does not refund their fees when you refund a payment to a customer Can get pretty expensive if you have payments for hundreds or thousands of dollars I swear it used to not be like this - when did this change?
