it genuinely irks me how badly educated some people are on cats . no dry food is not good . no your cat can’t be left on their own for days bc hey you provided them a food dispenser . no your cat should not go outside (unless supervised on a leash but that’s another can of worms)

@8ballskinny The luggage weight limit is for the people who load it. They have to do it super fast and you cannot throw 100+ lbs of luggage around all day every day. People don't have a weight limit bc they're not being tossed into the plane

You need more executive function to “prep” anything. That’s the nature of “prep.” If you want advice about no prep, one ingredient, tasty and healthy meals, let’s chat. If you have no issue managing perishable ingredients, marinating in advance, spending 30 min chopping veggies, and doing extensive clean up bc you’ve used a ton of dishes, then congrats!

If you have chronic constipation please look into doing a daily miralax! Just one serving a day, it’s an osmotic laxative and pretty much everyone in ip was given it. It doesn’t hit like stimulant laxatives, but it will make sure you’re regular
