I booked other activities on @headout which I had no issues I tried calling the cruise dinner partner several times no response

Since the pickup was not made on time and missed the activity There is no support ticket system to track issues , worst part is I get AI responses Everytime I tried to chat or call and I need to explain the issue again I was asked to wait 24 hrs and then 48 hrs
