@headout @varunkhona Thank you One suggestion is please remove AI responses in call and chat from Skyler and Taylor I had great experience with booking skydive , Burj Khalifa , tourist esim , Sky view with Headout Only issue was with dhow cruise And rescheduling confirmation for skydive

Since the pickup was not made on time and missed the activity There is no support ticket system to track issues , worst part is I get AI responses Everytime I tried to chat or call and I need to explain the issue again I was asked to wait 24 hrs and then 48 hrs

@GDRFADUBAI when I entered Dubai on my USA visa on my Indian passport (visa on arrival), I wasn’t asked how many days did I need it for, just my return ticket. Marhaba service gave me a 14 day visa which was lesser than my intended stay because my return 1/2

@Uber_India I regret opting for Uber one subscription None of the uber car drivers accept online payment and demand extra money . At one time driver came near pickup location and called me and asked me where is drop and payment mode and turned away This is not one such instane
