Lovely sunny day on Woodbank today, patients asked for a picnic in the garden in the morning meeting. One of our lovely patients helped prepare all the food! Food and games afternoon with all 🌺🌺

Today’s protected time on Woodbank focused on how journaling in the morning and evening can be a great tool for coping, setting goals, and reflecting on the positives for the day. 😊

🎉Woodbank have been busy today preparing for the Chinese New Year as we celebrate the Year of the Snake. Using the protected time to reflect on goals for the upcoming year while learning about the culture and traditions that come with it.

In our morning meeting a patient requested a work out sessions today, so for protected time we got our exercise dice out and put some music on! #TeamWoodbank

Today’s 2pm and 6pm protected time activity we prepared some paper mache balloons, and later painted them. We’ve got some tortoises, a strawberry, a bike helmet and Africa.

Such a wholesome Sunday on Woodbank playing bingo with all the patients and bracelet making afterwards. Everyone had so much fun!! Followed by a fakeaway in the evening, delish!!
