Apparently, there was a group of 3rd graders from Kirkwood on a field trip downtown when this happened. While city leaders fight the police budget, area schools won't be sending their kids into the city due to crime. This is the legacy the mayor and BOA will leave behind.

Arkansas raised starting teacher pay from 48th in the nation to top 5 and at the same time cut our income tax by 25%.
But trying to teach economics to Mayor Mamdani is probably a lost cause…

@Beganovic2026 Finally , movement and leadership on the critical upgrade to BRT. The more important part of the exercise , that should be working in the background , is the legal forward use if the current collected tax - then codification of future funds.
