Alloy is matching employee donations to causes that support justice. Black lives matter and our country does not live up to its promises to black people. The tech industry is abysmal on this issue this is the least we can do. Founders: join us if you're able.

@StravaSupport This is the same issue I’ve had since mid April. If you’re still dealing with cases from a month ago you should probably hire more support staff. Closing tickets prematurely doesn’t fix things, it just sends my case to the back of the line.
