@PetSmart so far this year you have sent me 61 email promotions (4 today alone). Why do you feel this is an appropriate use of email address? I find it abusive of that privilege. Especially since you only provide binary on/off email options. Average of 2/day EVERY SINGLE DAY.

@OnDisasters The most B52 sorties in a single day during Linebacker II was 129. Hardly “one a minute for hours”. On 8 of the 12 days they flew fewer than 60 sorties total.

Imagine the beating those guys were taking... a B-52 could carry 70.000 pounds of bombs. During Linebacker II, a B-52 pilot recalled: "We took off one airplane a minute out of Guam for hours. Just on time takeoff after on time takeoff."

@tommacinnis On the other hand, IB could have lost one of the best team members you ever had because they couldn’t get past how he looked and see the potential of the person. Instead of hiring and teaching the IB team chose rejection. Lesson to be learned there as well.

IB Story time. Client calls me and asks if we needed a banking analyst; his kid looking to get in the business. I set up an interview for the kid to meet our IB team. Kid shows up in pants and button down shirt. No suit no tie. IB team says no way. I call THIS KID’S DAD and had to explain the problem. Kid shows up the very next day in suit and tie. Re-interviews. Gets job. Turns out to be one of the very best team members we ever had. I am reminded of this today. Look the part. Show some respect. Go be awesome.

Stephan Jaeger averaged 178mph ball speed this week in the Mexican Open on his way to T3. His average for the season so far is 177mph. When we started working together 2 years ago his average ball speed was 169mph. An 8mph increase in average ball speed in that time frame 📈. I definitely give him most of the credit! There’s been a combination of a few key factors. Very cool to see and have some input in, and shows what’s possible. Not done yet 🙂.

@colossusPhD @hockeysounds His wife pays NOTHING in taxes. If you add both their taxes together and add property tax it equals HIS income. So he works so that she can live tax free. This is how Canadians do taxes apparently.

My enterprising and entrepreneurial wife paid $80,000 in income tax this year. I paid $36,000. When we added the amount we pay in property tax to that sum it effectively negated my entire income. I work to pay taxes. This is Canada. 🇨🇦

@LouStagner Sponsors are not broadcasters. It is not a good analogy. Sponsors are more like team owners than broadcasters. And team owners definitely have a say in who plays. No sponsor, no tournament. If CBS picked players it would be an accurate comparison.

Amazon paid $11 BILLION dollars to carry Thursday night football for 11 seasons. Because Amazon wrote a big check, do they get to pick a few of the players that play on Thursday night? Of course not. That's silly. Yet that is how some think sponsors exemptions on the PGA Tour should work. ("The sponsor wrote a big check - they should get to pick a few players") Sponsors exemptions should be eliminated.

@LouStagner Nope. Some of our yardage markers are at the extreme front or back of a tee block. There is no “in front or behind” the marker as you can only go one way. And one hole is almost exclusively set back one tee block to try and keep folks from cutting a corner property on a dogleg.

Does your golf course adhere to this rule? According to the USGA, tee markers on every hole should be placed no more than 10 yards in front of, or 10 yards behind, the permanent yardage marker. Said another way, if a hole is 400 yards on the card, it should always play between 390 yards and 410 yards. Additionally, over an 18-hole round, the course should not be shortened (or lengthened) by more than 100 total yards. The purpose of this is to make differentials as accurate as possible. If the course (or a hole) plays wildly different in length to what is on the scorecard, the differential for that round will not be accurate. So, does your course follow this rule?

I am really curious to track Zalatoris’ speed going forward. His distance was under appreciated when he was at his peak. His avg ball speed so far this season is 7mph lower than it was in the 2021-22 season. 181 vs 174mph. (I am a big fan and wish him all the very best 🙏)
LKD@LukeKerrDineen

Will Zalatoris was one of the best ball-strikers on tour. Takes some guts to change your swing, but he knew for his health, he had to. A year off, a visit to @MyTPI, then lots of work with his swing coach Troy Denton, and the results are coming...

@jessicahadwin @ahadwingolf I think at this point you have done everything a reasonable person could do. It feels like it is all his fault if he doesn’t see it. I think you should have a 100% clear conscious. Plus you have thousands of witnesses. #bringhomeyam

This is a breakdown of how far tour players had for 2nd shots on par 5s this past year. 4.7% ▶️199 yards or less 31.2% ▶️ 200 to 249 yards 45.8% ▶️ 250 to 299 yards 15.7% ▶️ 300+ 53.5% were 260 yards or longer. 240 = 240 to 249 250 = 250 to 259 260 = 260 to 269 etc...

@ryanmouquegolf @TheMcClaneShow @TheStackSystem And getting paid to do so. What I am hearing is “I don’t care to know about what I am selling” It’s your customer who asked about about cost/value. I only said it’s funny no one mentions it. You have been the one showing you don’t know. Seems it’s just about the sale now.

@ryanmouquegolf @TheMcClaneShow @TheStackSystem Shouldn’t you know the costs to customers if you are peddling their product to your clients? Presumably if the product is good (which there is every indication it is) customers will want/need to use this for a long time to maintain their speed gains. What is the $$$ for 5/10yr?

@ryanmouquegolf @TheStackSystem I’m not against spending money on something great. But the price point for this seems a bit high. Is it really worth the MSRP vs just lifting with a kettlebell?

This is how kids get burned out on the game. From 60-80 yards in the fairway, PGA Tour players hit it inside eight feet 25.4% of the time. One out of four times. Best players on the planet. Yet Dad thinks it should be 100%. 😬 Dad needs to "Manage His Expectations".
