Stray Kids 음원 저작권 관련하여 안내드립니다.
당사는 지난 5월 9일 SKZ-PLAYER(슼즈 플레이어) 시리즈를 통해 영상 플랫폼에 공개된 한의 "back to life" 음원이 당사의 승인 없이 다수의 플랫폼에 불법 유통된 것을 확인하였습니다.
이에 저작권 침해 사실을 인지한 시점에 각 플랫폼과 불법 유통사에 해당 음원의 유통 제한 및 삭제를 요청하였고, 승인되지 않은 음원 유통이 권리 침해 행위임을 명확히 고지했습니다.
현재 일부 플랫폼에서는 해당 음원 서비스 제공이 차단되었으며, 아직 조치가 완료되지 않은 플랫폼에 대해서도 추가적인 삭제 및 서비스 제한 요청을 지속 진행하고 있습니다.
아울러 당사의 승인 없이 음원을 무단 유통한 관련 유통사 측에는 해당 행위가 명백한 권리 침해에 해당함을 고지하였으며, 즉각적인 유통 중단 및 삭제 조치를 재차 요구한 상태입니다.
당사는 본 중대한 저작권 침해에 대해 이후 조치 사항을 지속적으로 모니터링하며, 당사 법무팀 및 관계 로펌과 함께 엄중한 법적 조치를 고려하고 있습니다.
자사 아티스트 관련 모든 권리는 법적으로 보호를 받고 있습니다.
당사는 앞으로도 아티스트의 창작물 및 권리 보호를 최우선으로 두고 저작권 및 아티스트 권익 침해에 대해 엄중히 대응할 것이며, 필요한 모든 법적 조치를 지속적으로 이어 나가겠습니다.

We would like to inform you regarding the copyright infringement issue involving Stray Kids audio content.
Our company has confirmed that HAN’s “back to life,” which was uploaded as part of the SKZ-PLAYER series on May 9, was illegally distributed across multiple platforms without our authorization.
Upon recognizing the copyright infringement, we requested that each platform and unauthorized distributor restrict distribution and remove the track. We also clearly notified all parties involved that distributing the audio without approval constitutes an infringement of rights.
At present, access to the track has already been blocked on certain platforms. For platforms where measures have not yet been fully implemented, we are continuing to request additional removals and service restrictions.
Furthermore, we have formally notified the distributor responsible for the unauthorized release that such actions constitute a clear violation of rights, and we have once again demanded the immediate suspension and deletion of the distribution.
We are continuously monitoring all follow-up actions regarding this serious copyright infringement and are considering strong legal action in coordination with our legal team and external law firms.
All rights related to our artists are legally protected.
JYPE will continue to place the highest priority on protecting our artists’ creative works and rights, and we will respond firmly to any acts that infringe upon copyrights or artist rights while pursuing all necessary legal measures.
