I think I have a question that will be harder to answer. What is your favorite device that works with Home Assistant AND is auto discoverable with no extra hub? Basically, what is your favorite wifi device that works with Home Assistant?

@ZackBarettHA Oh, man! I've lately switched to a @Plugwise thermostat. Nothing fancy supports zones, all local and open APIs, discovered and works natively in Home Assistant. After a few weeks of use, I can finally say I found a good smart home thermostat. 😎

What are some of your favorite Home Assistant Devices/Brands? What works the best in your home?

@teachingbirds @home_assistant I'm using an Aqara vibration sensor (only triggering once per 15 min) and a 'cleaned' reset button to keep track of the usage. Yours is geek porn 🤓

So, how do you call your Home Assistant instance? I think, for example, @thejeffreystone calls his "Jarvis"... My @home_assistant instance name is...

@Frenck Long press on/off to trigger script to turn on/off TV (and AV, cable box, ...) along with single presses to rotate between different HAss (light) scenes.

So how you guys use these with @home_assistant? Like automations for each button? Something like a scene or color temperature cycle on repeated button presses? I’m looking for some inspiration and samples :)
