Please do not try to recharge or do any bill payment with @ICICIBank mobile app. It does not ask which credit card or savings account customer wants to use, it directly deduct the payment and you will be surprised how easy it was.

@ICICIBank_Care what a useless IVR you have. Even after dialling two times wasted around 10 mins unable to connect with customer care executive. I tried your chatbot of mobile app that also does not work properly and it always ask to connect on customer care number. @ICICIBank
