No problem with any club being sanctioned for breaches of long known and clear rules. The name of the club doesn't matter. Every club should be treated equally under the rules set out. But the elephant in the room isn't being addressed. 115 charges, zero action. Why?

So, as you're a journalist with an intimate knowledge of the club, it's processes and information given openly and to "friendly" sources, I'll ask you one question. Do you believe that Manchester City are cooperating fully with every request in good time and good faith? Platform's yours.
