@DavidfromMd2 This is pure speculation, but I think it was a pulmonary embolism from the COVID vaccine but aggravated by the sinus cold. The coughing may have shaken it loose. Like I said, that's just me guessing based on the 911 call and the pictures I've seen of Kyle from this week.
