@BasingstokeGov I am talking about ‘no mo may’ specifically. Everything left super long all through May which I am very much for in alot of areas such as long pathway edges corners and sections of parks etc then june hits and the entire areas are mown back to nothing just as it starts to thrive

@hides6 Good morning, many areas of our land in the borough are not mown until the autumn each year, to encourage the biodiversity of the area. We carry out longer term, properly managed biodiversity programmes such as the Biodiversity Improvement Zone in Hatch Warren and Beggarwood.

@BasingstokeGov bee’s and wildlife don’t only live in May… why not keep some areas long all year and cut the areas that need it in May… it’s not rocket science
