One day many years ago, we were talking with our kids on the front porch about what we would do with our yard if we had lots of money. Everyone had ideas. Playgrounds and swimming pools and flower gardens. All I said I wanted was an orange porch cat. One that would loll around outside while we sipped our coffee and enjoyed random conversations like the one we were having. That night, we were outside talking with our neighbor when our sensor light came on in the driveway. Looking over, we saw a cat we had never seen before peeking through our fence, soon stepping through the pickets and walking down our stone sidewalk until it came and sat right at my feet. It was orange. My husband stared at me in shock and I, too, was dumbfounded. It remains one of the most amazing things that we have ever witnessed in our lives. The cat never left. We called him Ginger with all hard g’s, and he was our porch cat through the entire weirdness of 2020, through two more babies, and through some of the hardest ministry moments we have ever faced. More often than not, when I saw this mystery cat, I felt the comfort of remembering that God does not forget us, He really does see and hear our every word, and He can act anytime He wants, however He wants, big or small. Ginger’s death today was horrifying and unexpected, but even in this, God’s care was so evident. His wounds were on his belly and his body was intact. He laid calmly in my husband’s arms, being petted and hearing his name, until he quietly passed somewhere between our hometown and the vet hospital in the city. We buried him late tonight when our oldest son got home from out of state, a circle of flashlights and pajamas and bare feet in the side yard. We recounted the amazing story of how Ginger came to us, we thanked God for our time with him, and one of our kids said what I was already thinking: The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. ❤️

This sounds great, and I agree its optimal, but how the hell is the avg person working full time office job, perhaps with some kids, supposed to hit 2+hrs a day of this? Legit question. I would love to walk 3hrs a day like the hadza but I am lucky to find 1hr a day to workout.

Got this a couple weeks ago, able to do heavy overhead press again without shoulder pain. Also good for bent over rows. If you have a home gym I suggest you pick this up or something similar, it’s a great addition

The reality of the boomer phenomena is that they are the main characters of history and we just have to wait our turn. Every decision made for the past 60 years was at the behest of maximizing the boomer experience. In their time America had such unprecedented wealth that there were literally no wrong decisions, they could only fail upwards. When boomers got uppity about Vietnam, which we were about to win, we did they do? We pulled out. When boomers were in the working class economy, unions were heavily rigged to maximize wages and benefits while COLs were abysmally low. This was the golden age of the American middle class. During this time they saved and heavily invested into assets and equities, guess what happened after that? We went off the gold standard, started endlessly printing money, and every fortune 500 that they had stock in acquired regulatory capture of their industries. They then offshored to the global 3rd world to maximize profits, which in turn maximized evaluations, which in turn maximized boomer stocks. When their kids stopped having children what did they do? They imported endless hordes of mindless drones to work below market wages to keep the economy going. When a housing crisis caused by overlending to retards and immigrants (done to maximize boomer stock value) threatened the security of the banks managing their portfolios what did they do? They bailed the banks out. When a virus with a 0.001% death rate to everyone EXCEPT old people what did they do? They shut the entire world down and printed more money than ever before to keep their portfolios afloat. Never forget that the stimmy checks only came after we injected trillions into the stock market to keep it afloat. Every. Single. Decision. Has been at their behest. The tragedy of the boomer is that they have literally no vision beyond themselves. No other generation was able to rig the world in a way they did. No other generation holds the wealth of nations in the palms of their hands, and what will they do with it? They will spend every cent on health and hospice care so they can drag themselves by cane and IV bag onto their 30th cruise before dying as they recite the mantra of their time "I was at woodstock..."

I feel bad for Judo guys. They don't do well in MMA. But that's because MMA uses this soft pad for flooring. That isn't realistic. If I throw someone with velocity and land on top of them on a hard surface, they are knocked out. Throws are the knockout punch of grappling. Judo evolved from hand to hand military use. It works. MMA just neutralizes it with this strange artificial padding surface.

The Funny thing is , I ALREADY KNOW Womens first thought when they read this is... Well what is the Man not doing to help get her in the mood??? Is he not helping around the house, is he not mentally stimulating her, is he not blah blah blah. 🤣🤣🤣 If you had to mentally stimulate your man to go to work everyday to pay the bills i would tell you as a man to LEAVE THAT MAN. Men should always protect and provide. Not this 50/50 new age BS but women as a WIFE should always have sex with their husbands and also initiate sex. SEX Doesnt have to be everyday. But there should never be consecutive WEEKS without intimacy. And yes ladies intimacy means sex. Not just holding hands and yall trying to label that as true intimacy.
