@hyperjarhelp I am getting an "invalid QR code" message, when I try to setup my sons hyperjar app. What can I do to fix that?

@jessmurphy84 @TheFCA @RevolutApp We’re not a bank so deposits aren’t covered by the FSCS, which is intended to protect money kept in banks that lend out customer deposits. Hope that helps, but do ask any Qs here or head to our Live Chat team via the app. 2/2

@jessmurphy84 @TheFCA @RevolutApp Hi Jessica - we are regulated by the FCA. As an e-money institution we don’t lend out or take investment risks with customer deposits. Instead, all money paid into HyperJar by customers is kept in the Bank of England so it’s extremely safe. 1/2

@hyperjarhelp hello recently signed myself & kids up just waiting on my cards to be posted. Just wanted to ask can you add another adult to the account to also manage the children's account???

@Da10thwonda Yes - not automatically, so you will still need to invite them to share the jar from your account. You can share a jar (including your child’s jar) with anyone else with a HyperJar account 👍

@hyperjarhelp So by opening another adult account they will have access to the childrens account is that correct???

@Da10thwonda the child’s jars. You can give them any permissions you want (paying in, spending etc) and they’ll get notifications when money is spent and can send messages inside the jar etc. Hope that helps!

@Da10thwonda Hi there - welcome to HyperJar 🤗! There’s only one ‘owner’ of a child’s jar so the best way to achieve the above is for the other adult to open their own account (they can choose a virtual card, no need to order a physical one) and then you invite them to share (1/2)

@hyperjarhelp hi, every time I try to log my child into the app, it says my we code isn’t a valid HyperJar code….

@cicerunner Hey Stuart - great to have you onboard. ‘Maximum of 3 transfers per day’ refers to transfers from a bank into your HyperJar account, not using your card. There’s more info here: community.hyperjar.com/hc/en-us

@hyperjarhelp Looking at limits - hyperjar.com/fees-limits/ - it states "maximum number of transfers per day - 3". Does this equate to 3 uses of the debit card per day?
